We’re Hiring | IT Systems, Infrastructure & Digital Operations Specialist A leading company in Amman is looking for an experienced IT Systems, Infrastructure & Digital Operations Specialist to join its team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and support IT systems, business applications, POS, CRM, attendance, and operational platforms. * Maintain networks, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, servers, backups, and IT infrastructure. * Manage Google Workspace, email accounts, permissions, and user access. * Support CCTV, access control, and IT security systems. * Manage websites, domains, hosting, DNS, SSL, and related technical requirements. * Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk and technical support. * Support system integrations, APIs, and data connections. * Assist with AI solutions, automation projects, and digital initiatives. * Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, developers, software providers, and technology partners. * Maintain IT documentation, assets, licenses, and system records. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Previous experience in IT systems, infrastructure, technical support, or digital operations. * Good knowledge of networking, IT security, Google Workspace, websites/domains, and CCTV systems. * Understanding of system integrations and APIs. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. * Experience supporting multiple business locations is preferred. * Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
