We are looking for an IT Support Trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT technical support.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Replace and install Hard Disk Drives (HDDs/SSDs).
• Install and configure operating systems and software.
• Perform basic computer maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support employees with technical issues.
• Set up computers, peripherals, and network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve basic connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT equipment and support daily IT operations.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or junior-level candidate.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Good communication skills.
• Jordanian nationality.
