We are looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Modular Concrete Co. in Jordan! Key Responsibilities: Receive, prioritize, and follow up on support requests through resolution. Troubleshoot computers, printers, software, email, and network connectivity. Document issues and solutions, escalating when needed. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members. What We’re Looking For: 1 year of experience in IT help desk or technical support. Practical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (LAN). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
