The Sultan Center is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our team and support our retail operations.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Provide technical support to store teams and head office employees.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and IT equipment.
• Support POS systems, barcode scanners, and retail applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Resolve technical issues and help ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with user access, IT security, and equipment management.

المتطلبات

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of POS systems or retail IT is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between stores when required.
