المهام والمسؤوليات

• Provide basic IT support for computers, printers, software, networks, and other office equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with external IT service providers when required.
• Manage company social media accounts and regularly create and publish content.
• Assist with social media marketing and digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare basic graphics, posts, and promotional content for social media.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance reports.
• Maintain and update company websites or online platforms when required.
• Provide general technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of office systems.

المتطلبات

• Good knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
