IT Specialist We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. If you have a strong IT background, hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: -Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. -Manage, maintain, and support ERP systems to ensure smooth business operations. -Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed. -Support ERP implementation, configuration, upgrades, and system integrations. -Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security. -Coordinate with different departments to identify IT needs and improve system efficiency. -Maintain IT documentation, system records, and technical reports. -Ensure data backup, system reliability, and business continuity. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. -Previous hands-on experience with ERP systems is a must. -Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting. -Experience in ERP administration, user support, and troubleshooting. -Good understanding of databases, system integrations, and IT security. -Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
