المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 0- 2 years of relevant IT experience
• Good knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VLANs
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of IT service management frameworks
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices aligned with ISO/IEC 27001
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues
