Qualified IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration. Proficient in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic SQL. Experienced in network troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and supporting computer hardware and software, and knowledge of printers, scanners, and peripheral devices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
