We are a leading company in the retail and consumer electronics sector looking for an experienced Inventory Officer.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Conduct and coordinate physical inventory counts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Track inventory movements between branches, showrooms, and warehouses.
• Monitor receiving, transfers, returns, and stock movements.
• Prepare inventory reports and support KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with Warehousing, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Follow up on corrective actions related to inventory discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize shortages, damages, and operational errors.

المتطلبات

• 3–5 years of experience in Inventory Control or a related field.
• Retail, consumer electronics, or electrical appliances experience is highly preferred.
• Good experience in inventory counts, discrepancy analysis, and inventory movements between branches, showrooms, and warehouses.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and work under pressure.
