المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead and manage the Internal Projects Department and oversee Project Managers.
• Plan and allocate projects according to priorities, workload, and requirements.
• Monitor project execution, timelines, quality, costs, and overall performance.
• Support Project Managers in resolving complex issues, risks, and delays.
• Ensure effective coordination between Projects and internal departments.
• Oversee customer relationships, project changes, and major escalations.
• Monitor project financial performance, invoicing, collections, and cost impacts.
• Review project reports and provide management with accurate project updates.
• Develop and monitor departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper project documentation, delivery, and close-out.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience
• Preferably experience in aluminum, construction, installation, or related industries
• Previous leadership or managerial experience in project management
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, installation, and close-out
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong command of English
• Valid driving license is preferred
