We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Internal Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations and managing internal procurement activities, ensuring accurate financial records and the timely provision of company requirements with the best quality, pricing, and efficiency.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Receive and review purchase requests from different departments.
• Source suppliers and obtain and compare quotations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on their execution.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure compliance with required specifications.
• Coordinate with warehouses and relevant departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Maintain and update the approved supplier's database.
• Follow up on supplier contracts and agreements.
• Prepare periodic procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with approved suppliers.
• Evaluate quotations and recommend suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery terms.
• Follow up on supplier-related financial claims in coordination with the finance department.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement activities.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
