We are looking for an experienced Information Security Team Leader to lead our client's information security operations, manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS), and strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISMS. -Develop and enforce information security policies and procedures. -Manage cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and security incidents. -Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NESA, NIST, and relevant regulatory standards. -Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and information security audits. -Lead and mentor the information security team. -Drive security awareness, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. -Report security risks and compliance status to senior management. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. -Proven experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership role. -Strong knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, NESA, risk management, and security frameworks. -Experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and incident response. -Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. -Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 are an advantage.
