We’re expanding our team and looking for talented professionals to join our Customer Success and Implementation Department in Amman, Jordan. 1️⃣Implementation Team Lead: -Lead implementation and onboarding projects. -Manage team performance, timelines, and KPIs. -Ensure successful client onboarding and system adoption. -Requirements: 4+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and project management skills. -EdTech/SaaS experience preferred. 2️⃣Customer Success Specialist: -Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. -Provide training, support, and ongoing follow-ups. -Drive customer engagement, retention, and product adoption. -Requirements: 1–3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
