المهام والمسؤوليات

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency.
• Calculate Standard Minute Value (SMV) for garment operations.
• Analyze production data and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
• Balance production lines and optimize manpower utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
• Monitor production performance and prepare daily/weekly efficiency reports.
• Support capacity planning and production planning activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Technical teams to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operating procedures.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field
• Manufacturing Excellence candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within the garment or textile industry
• Strong knowledge of SMV, time study, line balancing, and work measurement
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
