Al-Osra Chain Pharmacy is seeking a qualified HR Specialist (Female) to join our growing team! If you are a dynamic professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for managing human capital, we want to hear from you. Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering is highly preferred. -5 years of proven experience in the Human Resources field. -Deep familiarity with the Jordanian Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and health insurance systems. -Strong expertise in payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and contract administration. -Solid experience in recruitment cycles, conducting interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software. -Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the absolute ability to handle confidential data. -Previous experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a strong asset Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to send their updated CV to [البريد متاح عبر زر التقديم] with the subject line HR Specialist Application.
