المتطلبات

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering is highly preferred.
• 5 years of proven experience in the Human Resources field.
• Deep familiarity with the Jordanian Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and health insurance systems.
• Strong expertise in payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and contract administration.
• Solid experience in recruitment cycles, conducting interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the absolute ability to handle confidential data.
• Previous experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a strong asset
