HR Specialist – FMCG A leading FMCG company is looking for an HR Specialist to join its team. Location: Amman Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office, sales, and operations roles. * Handle onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, attendance, and leave. * Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, commissions, and employee benefits. * Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. * Support performance management, probation reviews, training, and development. * Support workforce planning, headcount control, and employee retention. * Provide HR support and guidance to line managers, especially the Sales Department. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5–7 years of experience in HR, preferably within the FMCG sector. * Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations. * Experience supporting sales teams is an advantage. * Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
