مدير موارد بشرية للعمل لدى مجموعة مطاعم إيطالية في عمّان لقيادة قسم الموارد البشرية ودعم بيئة العمل المتسارعة في قطاع الضيافة. تتطلب خبرة متوسطة، مع Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field، Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the F&B, Hospitality, or Retail industry، Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage and oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with company standards and Jordanian labor regulations.
• Lead recruitment activities and ensure timely staffing for all branches and operational departments.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, training, and development programs.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, disciplinary actions, and employee records.
• Support performance evaluations and employee development plans.
• Handle employee relations professionally and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Work closely with Operations and Management to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, turnover analysis, and other HR-related reports required by management.
• Support payroll-related processes and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate employee data.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention, and overall HR performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the F&B, Hospitality, or Retail industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Good understanding of Jordanian labor law and HR practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
