A leading industrial company is seeking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to lead and develop the company’s HR function and support its strategic objectives and organizational growth.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or relevant professional HR certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, social security regulations, and other relevant employment legislation.
• Solid experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce plans.
• Ability to establish, monitor, and analyze HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with demonstrated skills in team management, employee engagement, change management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in HR systems and relevant digital tools and applications.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
