A leading industrial company is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function within a manufacturing environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition, particularly for technical and production roles.
• Manage performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Oversee compensation & benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor law and company policies.
• Strengthen employee and industrial relations.
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze HR KPIs and provide management reports.
• Identify training needs and support competency development.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in an HR Management position.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
