Run the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of Inmaa's Jordan office — owning recruitment and onboarding, employee records, payroll and leave coordination, and office administration, while keeping the company compliant with Jordanian labor and social security regulations.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll, leave management, and employee benefits
• Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labour Law, Social Security - Corporation requirements, and company policies
• Support employee engagement activities and coordinate with the head office HR team

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR and administration experience
• Good knowledge of HR processes and Jordanian labor and social security regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems; hands-on HRIS/payroll experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
