المهام والمسؤوليات

• HR & Admin Operations: Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Payroll & Leave: Coordinate payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labour Law, Social Security - Corporation requirements, and company policies.
• Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities and coordinate with the head office HR team.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR and administration experience
• Good knowledge of HR processes and Jordanian labor and social security regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• hands-on HRIS/payroll experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• fluent in Arabic and English
