📢 Job Vacancy | Housekeeping Manager A leading Facilities Management Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Aqaba, Jordan. 🔹 Position: Housekeeping Manager 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality. Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor daily performance. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and operational plans. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment requirements. Prepare operational reports and follow up on client requirements and feedback. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve housekeeping-related issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. 🔹 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within Facilities Management, hospitality, or large-scale residential and commercial facilities. Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of professional cleaning methods, equipment, materials, and hygiene standards. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
