المهام والمسؤوليات

• Commercial Finance
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive profitable growth.
• Lead pricing strategy, customer and product profitability analysis, and commercial business cases.
• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Support working capital optimization and cash flow initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Costing & Manufacturing Finance
• Design, implement, and continuously improve costing frameworks for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain standard costing models, cost sheets, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routing structures.
• Perform material, labor, and overhead variance analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation for Raw Materials, WIP, Finished Goods, and traded inventory in accordance with IFRS.
• Monitor production yields, scrap, waste, and manufacturing efficiencies.
• Partner with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Supply Chain to enhance cost control and operational performance.
• Lead ERP costing configuration and continuous improvement initiatives, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• Professional qualification (CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, and Manufacturing Costing
• Strong experience in manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Advanced knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, budgeting, financial analysis, and business partnering
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and BI tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
