المهام والمسؤوليات

• Oversee the daily operations of the gym and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the gym team to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Manage and monitor Fitness Coaches, Personal Trainers, Group Exercise/GX teams, and Front Desk staff.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
• Set and monitor sales, membership, retention, PT, and operational targets.
• Monitor member satisfaction, engagement, and overall customer experience.
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and gym floor operations.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and operational procedures.
• Analyze gym performance, membership trends, sales results, retention, and revenue.
• Prepare regular reports covering gym operations, sales, memberships, staff performance, and revenue.
• Identify operational and business improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with members and handle escalated complaints or operational issues professionally.
• Perform any additional duties related to gym management and operations as assigned.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a gym, fitness club, or health & fitness facility
• Previous experience managing a gym or fitness facility is mandatory
• Proven experience managing fitness teams
• Strong understanding of gym operations, memberships, sales, retention, and member experience
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
