المهام والمسؤوليات

• Maintain GTM plans, deadlines, action lists, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with branding, marketing, website, and digital agencies.
• Prepare agency briefs and follow up on proposals and deliverables.
• Prepare Arabic & English company profiles, presentations, proposals, website content, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate website development, testing, launch, and updates.
• Manage digital channels and prepare content calendars and campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, sector, and partner research.
• Support CRM administration, lead tracking, meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain prospect, customer, and partner databases.
• Use AI tools to improve research, writing, translation, analysis, content preparation, and workflow efficiency.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, MIS, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, project coordination, technology, SaaS, or professional services
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic & English
• Strong business-writing, research, presentation, organization, and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, websites, basic SEO, and online analytics
• Experience coordinating agencies, freelancers, designers, or website developers
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate ERP and business-management concepts
• Preferred: Experience with ERP/SaaS/technology companies, CRM systems, Google Analytics, bilingual content, marketing automation, or platforms such as Zapier or Make
