A leading group of aesthetic and beauty clinics in Amman, specializing in advanced skincare, hair care, laser treatments, body contouring, slimming, skin tightening, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Female Group Clinic Manager to oversee and manage the overall operations of its clinics.

المتطلبات

• Medical degree (MD/MBBS) is strongly preferred.
• Additional qualifications or specialized training in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Cosmetic Medicine, or related fields are highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience, preferably in aesthetic clinics, beauty centers, dermatology clinics, or the cosmetic medicine industry.
• Strong knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, slimming, and skin tightening.
• Previous experience managing multiple clinics or branches is highly preferred.
• Strong background in sales management, business development, and public relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
