We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our Logistics Support Directorate as a Garage Coordinator.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
• Receive vehicles requiring servicing, record pertinent details and monitor repair and delivery processes.
• Maintain and update vehicle records and maintenance requests, ensuring data integrity.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to secure spare parts and necessary materials.
• Schedule and oversee preventive and periodic maintenance.
• Coordinate with external maintenance centres and monitor bodywork and painting operations.
• Review maintenance reports, vehicle faults and associated invoices.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a cognate discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Competence in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Effective time management, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
