المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare daily vehicle loading and delivery plans based on delivery areas, vehicle capacities and 3PL agreements
• Supervise vehicle dispatch and coordinate the availability of drivers and supporting labour
• Monitor vehicle movements, delivery routes and driver performance through tracking systems
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, drivers and third-party logistics providers
• Resolve delivery delays, customer issues, returned invoices and daily transportation challenges
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, licensing, insurance, permits, accidents and claims
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, road safety requirements and company procedures
• Supervise employee transportation arrangements
• Review fleet utilisation and delivery performance to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Prepare regular fleet, transportation and delivery reports

المتطلبات

• Relevant experience in fleet, transportation, logistics or distribution supervision
• Strong planning, coordination and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle compliance and road safety requirements
• Ability to manage drivers and respond effectively to urgent operational matters
• Experience in food distribution or high volume distribution operations is highly preferred
• Ability to work six days a week
