المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for investment, feasibility, valuation, and business planning.
• Build integrated financial models.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and evaluate key financial and commercial assumptions.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases, and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections.
• Analyze project performance, funding structures, and return metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.).
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 7 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment analysis, FP&A, valuation, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
