المهام والمسؤوليات

• Oversee the Finance and Accounting functions and ensure efficient financial operations.
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor performance against budget.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and the Company’s financial obligations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Supervise, lead, and develop the Finance team.
• Support senior management in financial planning, business decisions, and strategic initiatives.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
• Solid managerial or supervisory experience
• Previous experience in an investment company, financial services company, or other financial institution
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Good knowledge of applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
