المهام والمسؤوليات

• Oversee all finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor costs, profitability, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Provide management with accurate financial analysis and recommendations.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is mandatory
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial analysis
• Proven experience in leading and managing finance and accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
