GlobXpay is looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our Finance function and support our continued growth in the FinTech and digital payments industry.

• Lead financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee daily reconciliation of digital transactions, eWallet balances, settlement accounts, merchant payouts, and partner settlements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Central Bank requirements, AML regulations, and applicable financial reporting standards.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, settlement cycles, fund allocation, and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support business and financial decisions.
• Provide financial insights on pricing, cashback programs, partnerships, new products, and revenue streams.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, regulatory bodies, and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard company funds and minimize financial and operational risks.
• Prepare management and financial reports to support senior management decision-making.
• Lead and develop the Finance team while working closely with other departments.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within FinTech, Banking, Payments, or E-Wallets.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, digital transactions, eWallet ecosystems, and settlement operations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Central Bank reporting requirements.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience with payment gateway reconciliation or API-based settlement systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and financial risk management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to lead a Finance team and effectively collaborate across departments.
