فرصة عمل لمنصب رئيس قسم التصدير في عمّان لدى مجموعة مدهيب حداد وأولاده للقيام بمهام تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات التصدير وإدارة الموزعين والأسواق الدولية. تتطلب خبرة متقدمة، مع Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field، Master's Degree or relevant professional certification is a plus، 6-8 years of experience in Export Sales, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or a related industry. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and expand into new international markets and business opportunities.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and key customers.
• Lead the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements within company guidelines.
• Oversee export profitability, pricing, margins, and sales performance.
• Support market entry activities, product registrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
• Drive sustainable business growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Master's Degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
• 6-8 years of experience in Export Sales, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or a related industry
• Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven experience in developing international markets and managing distributors
• Strong knowledge of export trade, customs procedures, shipping, and export documentation
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication and business writing skills
