Executive Assistant to the Principal Architect, providing dedicated administrative support, managing calendars and travel, handling communications, drafting and organizing presentations, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining confidential records in a fast-paced professional environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate personal and professional commitments, ensuring effective time management.
• Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Draft, review, and organize communications, reports, and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between the Principal Architect and internal/external stakeholders.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely responses and execution.
• Maintain records, files, and confidential information.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational requirements.

المتطلبات

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
