المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs for civil and construction works.
• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Perform quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
• Prepare pricing and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor works.
• Review project requirements and identify any missing or unclear information in tender documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant departments to obtain quotations and pricing.
• Compare quotations and evaluate costs to support the preparation of competitive tenders.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update cost databases and pricing information.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of estimates and quantities.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Maximum of 8 years of experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• For fresh graduates: Strong academic performance/high GPA is required, Strong English language skills with a good understanding of basic construction and engineering terminology.
• Good knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
• Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and specifications.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering/estimation software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English language.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
