We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Systems & Data Analytics Specialist to join our IT team and contribute to ensuring the effective operation, continuous improvement, and integration of our ERP systems.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Ensure the availability, continuity, and effective performance of the ERP system.
• Provide technical and functional support to ERP users and resolve system-related issues.
• Analyze business requirements and implement appropriate ERP solutions.
• Develop and modify ERP reports, system pages, and functionalities.
• Perform system testing and Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure process accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and training to ERP users.
• Manage and support ERP integrations with other systems and applications.
• Support data analysis and reporting to meet business requirements.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP systems.
• Experience in systems analysis and project management.
• Practical experience in ERP support, reporting, testing, and system integration.
• Microsoft Relational Database Management Systems
• SAP Crystal Reports
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Power BI
