We are looking for a highly organized Engineering Department Coordinator, the successful candidate will manage proposals and production records, organize documentation, monitor offer progress, prepare departmental reports, and assist the Proposal Manager with team coordination and follow-up.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Register new leads, assign official offer numbers, and maintain an accurate proposal register
• Create and organize electronic folders for new offers and production folders for confirmed projects
• Monitor offers progress, deadlines, delays, completed submissions, and confirmed projects
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports covering completed and pending offers, delays, turnaround time, team workload, and productivity
• Update and maintain departmental forms, templates, trackers, and internal records
• Assist the Proposal Manager with follow-ups, meeting minutes, action lists, scheduling, and team coordination

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
