𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 | 𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 Join our team at MadfoatCom and play a key role in expanding our eCommerce business, driving merchant growth, and strengthening our digital payment ecosystem. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 ▪️ Identify and acquire new eCommerce merchants, managing opportunities from lead generation through successful activation. ▪️ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, driving transaction growth and long-term business value. ▪️ Promote MadfoatCom’s Payment Gateway and related digital payment solutions. ▪️ Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate merchant onboarding, technical integration, and successful go-live. ▪️ Monitor merchant performance, transaction volumes, and revenue, identifying opportunities to improve payment activity and conversion rates. ▪️ Develop merchant growth plans and identify cross-selling opportunities for additional value-added services. ▪️ Monitor local and regional eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business opportunities. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 ▪️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field. ▪️ 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, eCommerce, Payments, FinTech, Banking, or related fields. ▪️ Strong understanding of eCommerce, online payment models, merchant acquiring, and Payment Gateways. ▪️ Experience in merchant acquisition, account management, commercial negotiations, and pricing. ▪️ Business-level understanding of APIs and payment gateway integrations. ▪️ Strong numerical, analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, eCommerce, Payments, FinTech, Banking, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce, online payment models, merchant acquiring, and Payment Gateways.
• Experience in merchant acquisition, account management, commercial negotiations, and pricing.
• Business-level understanding of APIs and payment gateway integrations.
• Strong numerical, analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
