المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and implement short- and long-term IT strategies.
• Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise systems, applications, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the highest standards of information and cybersecurity.
• Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage the IT budget and optimize technology investments.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the IT team.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners.

المتطلبات

• 15- 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Professional certifications in Information Technology are preferred
• at least 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role within a Group or multi-company environment
• Strong experience in ERP systems, networks, information security, project management, IT risk management, budgeting, and IT governance
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
