المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead and manage financial advisory and consulting engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare financial models and perform detailed financial analysis.
• Conduct business valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business plans, and investment cases.
• Develop Pitch Decks and Information Memorandums (IMs) for investors and stakeholders.
• Support private equity and private credit transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Manage multiple consulting projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to expanding the firm’s client portfolio.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, investors, and senior management.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA, CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are a plus
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Valuation, or Management Consulting
• Previous experience in a consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) is highly preferred
• Experience in Private Equity, Private Credit, M&A, or Deal Advisory is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
