Astrolabe is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and analyze online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms, analyzing performance and ROI, creating ad creatives and audience targeting strategies, collaborating with content and design teams, tracking analytics, generating performance reports, and staying updated on digital trends.

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to achieve business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Create, test, and refine ad creatives and audience targeting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad materials align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Track website and social media analytics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Generate regular performance reports and insights to guide management decisions.
• Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, and advertising best practices.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads and performance analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and remarketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
