Qualified Customs Clearance & Office Operations Officer to join our team in Amman, Jordan.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Follow up on customs clearance procedures and shipments across our different branches and customs centers.
• Main responsibility: Follow up and coordinate shipments and clearance procedures in Aqaba.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, branch employees, customers, shipping companies, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle daily office operations, documentation, and shipment-related follow-ups.
• Maintain continuous communication with branches and provide shipment status updates when required.

المتطلبات

• Male candidate.
• 1–4 years of experience in customs clearance, logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or a related field.
• Good understanding of customs clearance procedures in Jordan.
• Experience dealing with Aqaba customs and shipments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow up proactively until tasks are completed.
