The Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients using the Salalem LMS, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Provide high-quality support through multiple channels, including the platform, email, phone, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Assist clients with course access, enrollment, progress tracking, and reporting features.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Customer Success team to address client needs.
• Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions for reference and reporting.
• Gather client feedback and share insights to support product and process improvement.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives for new clients.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably within LMS, e-learning, or corporate training environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Experience with Chatwoot or similar support tools is an advantage.
