المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, maintenance coordination, or a similar role is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and handle complaints effectively
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• High level of patience, flexibility, and problem-solving ability
• Good computer skills and ability to work with MS Office and relevant systems
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and maintenance teams
• Good command of English is preferred
