Golden Dune is looking for an experienced and results-driven Credits & Key Accounts Manager to join our team.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, discounts, and payment conditions within approved company policies.
• Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding balances, overdue payments, and credit exposure.
• Oversee collection activities, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to improve collection efficiency and minimize credit risks.
• Analyze sales performance, customer profitability, payment behavior, and collection reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing key accounts.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention, sales growth, and account profitability.
• Prepare regular management reports on key account performance, sales achievements, collections, and outstanding receivables.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in the FMCG sector is essential.
• Strong background in key account management, credit control, and collections.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while achieving business targets.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
