• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking, or a related field
• Professional certifications preferred: CMA, CICCM, CCP
• 8–10 years of experience in credit management
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience at Group level
• Experience in food manufacturing and retail companies preferred
• Experience in International credit control operations and multi-currency environments
• Experience in ERP and credit management systems
• Competency in Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis
• Competency in Risk Management and Negotiation
