Mena Facilities Management is seeking a qualified and experienced Contract Administrator to act as the company’s representative and primary point of contact with Client for all matters relating to the Contract.

• Coordinate contractual requirements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Handle all administrative coordination related to the Contract and represent the technical aspects of the Contract in the absence of the Head of Operations.
• Attend scheduled or requested meetings to discuss contractual matters.
• Ensure the timely submission of all invoices, reports, staffing plans, and other documents required under the Contract.
• Monitor and follow up on observations and contractual compliance matters.
• Coordinate with relevant operational teams to ensure appropriate action is taken in response to observations and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of responses, follow-up actions, and corrective measures, where applicable.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination regarding contractual matters.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned in relation to the effective performance and administration of the Contract.

المتطلبات

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing an operation contract of a similar nature.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent management, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage contractual documentation and meet deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal operational teams.
