المهام والمسؤوليات

• Support and maintain compliance of the pharmaceutical quality system with applicable cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Review quality system documentation and contribute to maintaining the Site Master File (SMF), Quality Manual, SOPs, and related regulatory documentation
• Manage quality complaints, including trend monitoring, root-cause investigation, and follow-up of required actions
• Coordinate and participate in internal, external, and vendor audits, including audit reporting and CAPA follow-up
• Support the management and timely closure of observations arising from regulatory inspections and audits
• Participate in mock recalls and actual product recalls in accordance with approved procedures
• Conduct and support Quality Risk Management (QRM) activities and compliance assessments
• Monitor CAPAs, non-conformances, and compliance deficiencies to ensure appropriate and timely closure
