📢 We’re Hiring | Collections Manager A leading bank in Jordan is looking for an experienced Collections Manager to join its team at the Irbid Branch. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the collections team and daily collection activities. • Develop and implement effective collection strategies. • Monitor collection performance and ensure achievement of KPIs. • Manage delinquent accounts and improve recovery rates. • Analyze collection data and prepare performance reports. • Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and other relevant departments.
